Deine Aufgaben

  • Einsatz in einem passenden Aufgabenbereich entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Interessen

  • Unterstützung und Mitwirkung im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei fachlichen und organisatorischen Themen

  • Übernahme von eigenständigen Aufgaben und Verantwortung nach Einarbeitung

  • Mitarbeit an Projekten, Sonderaufgaben und bereichsübergreifenden Themen

  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse, Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen und Prozessen

  • Vorbereitung von Unterlagen, Auswertungen oder Entscheidungsgrundlagen

  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Ansprechpartnern und Teams

  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Arbeitsweisen und Strukturen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit relevanter Zusatzqualifikation

  • Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen, betriebswirtschaftlichen oder fachnahen Umfeld – je nach angestrebter Position und Erfahrungsstand

  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen sowie analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen

  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Kenntnisse weiterer Systeme oder Softwarelösungen sind von Vorteil

  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, sich in neue Aufgaben, Themenfelder und Prozesse einzuarbeiten

  • Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen

  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine klare, verbindliche und wertschätzende Kommunikation

  • Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Themen aktiv voranzutreiben

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert

Your Responsibilities

  • Assignment to a suitable area of responsibility in line with your qualifications, experience, and interests

  • Support and participation in day-to-day operations as well as in technical and organizational matters

  • Assumption of independent tasks and responsibility after an appropriate onboarding period

  • Participation in projects, special assignments, and cross-functional topics

  • Support in the analysis, documentation, and further development of processes and workflows

  • Preparation of documents, analyses, or decision-making materials

  • Collaboration with internal contacts and teams

  • Active contribution to the continuous improvement of working methods and structures

Your Profile

  • Completed degree or completed vocational training with relevant additional qualifications

  • Professional experience in a commercial, business, or related field – depending on the targeted position and level of experience

  • Strong interest in economic contexts as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking

  • Structured, thorough, and independent working style with a high sense of quality and responsibility

  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of additional systems or software solutions is an advantage

  • High willingness to learn and motivation to familiarize yourself with new tasks, subject areas, and processes

  • Discretion and reliability in handling sensitive information

  • Team spirit as well as clear, professional, and respectful communication

  • Initiative and willingness to take responsibility and actively drive topics forward

  • Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
